How Olive Art Started
I established Olive Art in Stillwater , Minnesota introducing art as a way to connect together. Since Olive art started, I have been providing on-site beginner-level art therapy sessions that benefit all ages. In addition, I also offer workshops for team-building activities and private events. The activities I offer include acrylic painting on canvas, flower pots, rocks, and more!

About Stacy Atkins
I was born and raised in Stillwater, Minnesota where my family and I still reside today. I love spending time on the St. Croix river with my husband, dogs, and our four adult children. My love for art comes from my Grandma Doris Philipson who was an artist herself and my Dad's side which is the Indigenous Canadian Mi'kmaq tribe.
Over the next 20 years, I started working with the aging population, introducing art as a sense of therapy, which was both rewarding and fun for everyone involved. My career with CarePatrol as a Senior Care Consultant has given me the flexibility to continue exploring my art therapy ideas in senior living and healthcare communities.
